Terms of Service
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the Arcvelt desktop app, website and services (“Arcvelt”). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- One person per account. Do not share your account, sign-in codes or tokens.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your email secure.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
Plans and billing
- Arcvelt Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page in INR or USD.
- Free trial: new subscribers may get one free trial (length shown at checkout). A card is required. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the card is charged the monthly price on the last day of the trial and every month after. One trial per person: a trial started with an email, card, billing account or computer that already had one may be ended without charge.
- Launch price: if you subscribe while a launch offer is shown, its discounted price applies for as long as that subscription stays active. If the subscription ends, a new one is charged the price shown at that time.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; their terms also apply to the purchase.
- Plan limits (agent accounts, assistant requests, voice sessions) are enforced by our servers and may change with notice.
- If a renewal fails we retry for a short grace period, after which the account moves to the Free plan.
Your agents and third-party services
Arcvelt runs coding agents (such as Claude Code or Codex) on your computer using your own accounts with those providers. You must follow each provider’s terms, including their rules on account sharing and automated use. Arcvelt is not affiliated with those providers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Circumvent plan limits, licensing checks or rate limits, or modify the app to do so.
- Create multiple free accounts to get around limits, or resell or share access.
- Use the Arcvelt Assistant to produce malware, to harass, or for anything illegal or that violates Google’s Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.
- Probe, overload or attack our services, or access other users’ data.
We monitor for abuse. Violations can lead to the assistant being paused, accounts being suspended, and active computers being signed out, without refund where the violation is serious.
Your content
Your code stays on your computer. Requests you send to the Arcvelt Assistant are processed by our servers and our AI provider to answer them. You keep all rights to your content.
Disclaimers and liability
Arcvelt is provided “as is”. AI agents can make mistakes, including destructive changes; review their work and keep backups. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; we will tell you about material changes by email. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
