Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your account page (Manage billing). You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.

Free trial

Cancel before your trial ends and you are not charged at all. Cancelling during the trial keeps Pro until the trial ends. If you forget, the first charge counts as a first purchase below.

Refunds

• First purchase: full refund if you ask within 7 days.
• Renewals: refunded if you ask within 48 hours of the charge and have not used paid features since.
• No refunds for accounts suspended for violating the Terms.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5–10 business days.
